Whiria Ngā Kaha 2026 will bring together diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) practitioners, allies, champions and leaders to exchange ideas, share action steps, and build their support networks.

And for the first time, our flagship events - Whiria Ngā Kaha and the Diversity Awards NZ™ will be held together, creating one powerful gathering of Aotearoa’s diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) community.

Across two days - Whiria Ngā Kaha will bring together practitioners, allies, champions and leaders to exchange ideas, share action steps and build the networks that drive lasting change.

A packed two-day programme will feature an impressive array of speakers, panelists and interactive sessions covering thought provoking, relevant and practical topics to inform and inspire everyone who goes to work every day to build better, more equitable, more respectful, and more inclusive workplaces across Aotearoa.
