Finalists will be announced early in the new year and the winners will be unveiled in Auckland on Tuesday, 5 May.

This iteration of our awards marks our first celebration under the banner of Te Uru Tāngata Centre for Workplace Inclusion and we’ve taken the opportunity to refresh the programme to reflect how workplace inclusion continues to deepen and diversify across Aotearoa New Zealand.

We've simplified the entry process, clarified the categories, and created space to recognise both strategic organisation-wide shifts and targeted team-led efforts.

All-in-all, it’s a more accessible, practical, and powerful platform for celebrating progress and we’re looking forward to spotlight the many ways individuals, teams, and organisations are building a fairer future, one step at a time.
