Webinar explores model to track inclusion growth

Measuring the maturity of your organisation’s mahi using the Aotearoa Inclusivity Matrix (AIM) will be covered in next month’s Inclusion Essentials webinar.

As Aotearoa’s national standard for workplace diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), the AIM framework offers clear benchmarks across seven strategic components.

In this free 30-minute online session, Te Uru Tāngata Centre for Workplace Inclusion Professional Services Manager Déjealous Palota-Kopa will explore how organisations can gain evidence-based insights and practical recommendations to progress their workplace inclusion journey with clarity and confidence.

“Many of the organisations we work with rely on AIM when they first begin to analyse their inclusion practices. We always recommend understanding the framework and using the AIM Insights tools to align your DEI efforts with your long-term strategic goals and identify any gaps or opportunities.

“However, AIM isn’t a one-and-done exercise. It's a maturity model designed to track and support long-term growth. Organisations should be re-assessing their progress against AIM whenever they review their inclusion strategy or, at least every two years.

“This will allow you to monitor progress, recalibrate your strategy and ensure your DEI efforts stay relevant, impactful and aligned with your people’s experiences.”

Whether you are new to the framework or you are looking for a refresher course on using AIM, this webinar will equip you with practical insights and renewed focus.

Déjealous will walk you through the AIM Insights tools, including the Self-Assessment, the Qualified Assessment and the Employee Perception Survey, and how we can support you to get the most out of these resources and embed them into your workflow.

Register now to join us on Wednesday, 10 September – and don’t forget to mark your calendar, as this session will not be recorded.
