We regret to announce that the Diversity Awards NZ™ programme will not be delivered in 2025.

For more than 25 years, these awards have been a cornerstone of our work, celebrating the remarkable efforts of organisations across Aotearoa to advance workplace inclusion. They have inspired, educated, and connected workplaces striving to create better outcomes for their people and communities. This makes the decision to pause the awards programme all the more difficult.

However, historically this programme has been heavily subsidised by government funding, and the withdrawal of that support last year has had a significant impact on our ability to deliver the awards. In the current economic climate, relying solely on private sector sponsorship to bridge the funding gap is not realistic.
